Blend: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: The nose opens with aromas of black cherry, wild raspberry, rose petal, and violet, layered with hints of baking spice, clove, and subtle earth. On the palate, the wine is supple and finely textured, showing ripe red and dark berry fruit supported by delicate spice, mineral nuance, and a long, perfumed finish.
Structure: Silky and refined with layered depth and polished tannins.
Drink Window: 2028–2042
Decanting: When young, decant for 60–90 minutes to allow the wine’s aromatics and texture to fully unfold. With additional bottle age, a brief splash decant is sufficient.
Graceful yet complex, Les Suchots consistently delivers one of the most complete expressions of Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru terroir, offering both immediate elegance and the capacity to develop additional nuance with time in the cellar.
