Blend:
Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with small portions of Cabernet Franc and/or Petit Verdot depending on vineyard lots.

Tasting Notes:
Deep aromatics of blackcurrant, blackberry compote, and crushed violet rise from the glass, layered with graphite, cedar, and subtle baking spice. The palate reveals dense dark fruit framed by savory mineral tones, cocoa nib, and hints of sage and tobacco. Fine, structured tannins build through the mid-palate, leading to a long finish marked by dark plum, espresso, and polished oak.
