2023 Lady Aveley, Pinot Noir, Rogue Valley, Oregon - 750ML

Lady Aveley Pinot Noir offers an approachable expression of Oregon’s Rogue Valley, a southern winegrowing region where warmer growing conditions and varied elevations can produce Pinot Noir with generous fruit and appealing freshness. Compared with the often more delicate style of the Willamette Valley, Rogue Valley Pinot Noir can show a rounder, riper character while retaining the grape’s natural elegance. Lady Aveley is an inviting choice for those seeking a versatile, fruit-driven Oregon red.

Blend: 100% Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes: Ripe cherry, raspberry and red plum lead the profile, accompanied by subtle notes of baking spice, dried herbs and gentle earthiness. The palate is supple and fruit-forward, with juicy red berries, a touch of savory complexity and a clean, balanced finish.

Structure: Light to medium-bodied, with soft tannins, refreshing acidity and an easygoing texture. Its emphasis on ripe red fruit and gentle structure makes it accessible without sacrificing Pinot Noir’s characteristic freshness.

Drink Window: Enjoy now, ideally within 2–4 years of purchase. Best appreciated for its youthful fruit and supple texture rather than extended cellaring.

Decanting: Decanting is generally unnecessary. Serve slightly cool, around 55–60°F, and allow a few minutes in the glass for the fruit and subtle savory notes to emerge.

Lady Aveley Pinot Noir is a versatile choice for relaxed dinners and everyday entertaining, offering the charm of Oregon Pinot Noir in a generous, approachable style. Its bright fruit and gentle tannins pair naturally with roast chicken, salmon, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes and lighter preparations of duck.
