2023 Yves Boyer-Martenot, Bourgogne Côte d'Or Blanc, Burgundy - 750ml

Overview

Yves Boyer-Martenot Bourgogne Blanc “Côte d’Or” 2022 750ML is a dry Chardonnay with Meursault-adjacent poise: citrus, white fruit, and a clean mineral line.
Vineyard/site note: fruit comes from three Meursault-area parcels—Sous la Velle, Les Pellans, and Les Grandes Coutures—plus some purchased fruit; vines are 50–70 years old on limestone scree and clay.

Tasting Notes

Hamptons Tasting Notes: Lemon zest and pear lead, then white peach and white flowers. The palate feels brisk and precise, with a chalky, saline finish and a lightly creamy mid-palate lift.
