Pol Roger Brut Réserve, affectionately known as White Foil, is the signature non-vintage cuvée of the family-owned Champagne house in Épernay. Blending the three principal Champagne varieties in equal proportions, it draws on fruit from across the region and a substantial component of reserve wines to achieve a consistent balance of freshness, depth and elegance. Extended aging in the house's cool cellars lends refinement and subtle complexity to its classically structured style.

Blend: 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay and 33% Meunier, in approximately equal proportions.

Tasting Notes: Ripe pear, crisp apple and white peach are joined by acacia blossom, freshly baked brioche and toasted almond. The palate is finely textured and expressive, with orchard fruit, delicate pastry notes and a lively mousse. Bright acidity and a subtle chalky character bring definition to the persistent, refreshing finish.

Structure: Medium-bodied and balanced, with Pinot Noir providing structure and depth, Chardonnay contributing freshness and precision, and Meunier lending supple fruit. The mousse is fine and persistent, supported by well-integrated acidity and a gently creamy texture developed through lees aging.
