Shipping Regulations and Disclaimer

Within the United States, many states have laws regulating the shipment of alcohol into their jurisdiction and may limit the amount of alcohol that can enter the state without permits or licenses. Please review any pertinent local laws before purchasing from the website. Hamptons Palm Beach makes no representation to the legality of shipping to any state outside of Florida.

All goods are supplied from Florida and must be paid for in full prior to shipment.  Shipping rates are calculated based on UPS ground rates with Adult Signature Required.

Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the third party carrier that delivers the merchandise is required to check identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.  For this same reason, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so please specify an actual address.

States we ship wine to: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, DC, WV, WI, & WY.

Some states have more specific requirements and even ordering limits.  If these pertain to your order, we will contact you to go over the options.

In Store Pick-Up

You may place an order online to pick up in the store by selecting the “Pick Up In Store” option at checkout. All orders arranged to be picked up at Hamptons Palm Beach require you to present both a photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. If someone other than the cardholder will be picking up the purchase, please contact us at 561-832-8368.

Local Deliveries

Hamptons Palm Beach is pleased to offer free same-day delivery on all local orders. Our local delivery zone encompasses all of Palm Beach Island (33480).  We also offer free delivery to many of the areas surrounding Palm Beach Island (33480), should you require delivery to an area outside of our local delivery zone please contact us at 561-832-8368.
