The 2015 Dom Pérignon comes from a warm, dry growing season that produced a generous, tactile expression of the house’s vintage Champagne, balancing ripe fruit with the tension and smoky complexity characteristic of the cuvée. The “Vibe Dining” presentation adds a distinctive visual element for nightlife, hospitality and celebratory service while retaining the same 2015 Dom Pérignon inside.

Blend: 51% Pinot Noir, 49% Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes: Ripe peach and nectarine are joined by red berry nuances, white flowers and toasted brioche, with almond, cocoa and a subtle smoky character developing as the wine opens. The palate is broad and creamy yet energetic, with fine mousse, ripe fruit and savory mineral detail carrying through a long, composed finish.

Structure: Full and vinous for Champagne, with the warmth of the vintage giving the wine notable breadth and texture. Fresh acidity and fine effervescence provide balance, while the underlying structure gives the 2015 sufficient tension for continued development in bottle.

Drink Window: Now–2040+. The 2015 is already expressive and more immediately generous than cooler, more linear vintages, but it has the structure and freshness to develop considerably further. With age, expect the fruit to move toward more toasted, nutty and savory complexity.

Decanting: Do not decant. Serve around 48–52°F in a tulip-shaped Champagne or white-wine glass rather than an excessively narrow flute, allowing the wine to open gradually while retaining its mousse.
