Return & Refund Policy

We want every bottle you receive from Hamptons Palm Beach Fine Wine & Spirits to delight you. While we generally do not accept returns on alcohol, we understand that sometimes things happen. For that reason, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a reasonable solution when appropriate.

General Return Guidelines

• All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must receive prior written approval from our customer service team.
• Approved items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unopened, and untampered condition.
• A 20% restocking fee and a $15 return shipping fee per item may apply to any authorized return.
• We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, consumed, or altered.
• Refunds will not be issued for taste preferences or buyer’s remorse—thank you for understanding that wine is a personal and subjective experience.

Special Note on Premium Wines

Due to storage sensitivity, provenance considerations, and authenticity concerns:

• Wines priced above $300 per bottle are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of documented shipping damage or verified bottle defects (e.g., cork taint or oxidation not caused by improper storage after delivery).
• If you believe your premium bottle was compromised in transit, please contact us immediately with photos and supporting details, and we’ll review your case promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

We pack every order with care, but if an item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
• Damaged items must be returned before we can process a refund or replacement.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email. Claims made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
