SECTION I: ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. GENERAL SHIPPING RULES
All orders are shipped from our licensed Florida facility. Delivery timelines displayed at checkout represent estimates in business days only, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are processed on the following business day. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays or force majeure events.
Customers are solely responsible for confirming the legality of receiving alcohol shipments at their designated delivery address. We disclaim all responsibility for delays, seizures, or losses resulting from shipment to jurisdictions with restrictive alcohol import laws.
2. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Claims for damaged merchandise must be submitted to our customer service team within 24 hours of the shipment’s marked delivery status, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage. Refunds or replacements will not be processed without return of the damaged goods.
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, a missing package claim must be filed within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email. Any claims submitted beyond these windows may be deemed waived.
3. TITLE & LEGAL OWNERSHIP
All alcoholic beverages sold through our website are transacted in the State of Florida, and title to the goods transfers to the purchaser upon completion of the sale in Florida. Shipment is arranged as a courtesy on behalf of the customer.
By instructing us to coordinate shipping, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to receive and possess alcoholic beverages in the destination jurisdiction. You acknowledge full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the import, possession, and delivery of alcohol.
SECTION II: LEGAL AGREEMENTS & DISPUTES
5. CHOICE OF LAW & ARBITRATION
These Terms of Service and any transactions arising under or relating to the use of the Hamptons Palm Beach Fine Wine & Spirits website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE
You and Hamptons Palm Beach Fine Wine & Spirits agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website, the purchase of our products, or any interaction with us shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in lieu of litigation in any court of general jurisdiction.

- You may not bring a claim under a private attorney general theory or in any representative capacity.
This waiver is a material condition of the agreement to arbitrate and the use of this site. If any portion of this section is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
