Spy Valley’s 2023 Sauvignon Blanc captures the vivid fruit and freshness that have made Marlborough a reference point for the variety. Fruit from the Waihopai and Wairau Valleys brings together ripe tropical and citrus character with the herbal lift and bright acidity characteristic of the region.

Tasting Notes: Passion fruit, grapefruit and lime lead the aromatics, with hints of green apple, fresh herbs and subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp and energetic, combining juicy citrus and tropical fruit with a refreshing mineral edge and clean, persistent finish.

Structure: Light to medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity driving the palate. Ripe fruit provides generosity through the mid-palate, while citrus and herbal notes keep the finish focused and refreshing.

Drink Window: Now–2027. Best enjoyed in its youth, when its exuberant aromatics, bright fruit and freshness are at their most expressive.
