This farm in Moldova uses advanced Recirculating Aquaculture Systems that ensure clean, well-oxygenated water. The fish are fed GMO-free, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free diets, and the caviar is prepared with only salt and no preservatives. Each sturgeon is carefully monitored with health passports, ultrasounds, and regular testing. The farm also contributes to conservation by releasing thousands of young sturgeon into the Dniester River.
