When Rob and Alexa moved to Palm Beach, they were chasing a feeling. In Alexa’s hometown of Taiwan, the most unforgettable nights don’t happen in loud restaurants or packed clubs. They unfold behind closed doors — in bao xiang — private rooms tucked away from the world, where the lighting is low, the music is yours, and time stretches gently into the evening.
So they built one.
Most nights, Wine Bar by HPB is exactly what you’d expect: a warm, welcoming Palm Beach wine bar (5:30 - 10:30pm) , perfect for conversation over a great glass of wine or a thoughtfully made cocktail. But with a quiet booking and the flick of a switch, the space transforms. The windows frost. The world disappears. And suddenly, you're somewhere else entirely
